I love cats whether they’re big and dangerous or lazy lap pets hence we needed to have a cheetah encounter. I mean you get to PET A CHEETAH! I have a lot of respect and admiration for those animals and the visit at the park was a very exciting one. We arrived at the Wildlife Ranch and booked a private slot to see a cheetah. You wash your hands, put your hair up and follow a guard inside the enclosure. We listened carefully to the instructions of how to approach the animal, pet it etc. It’s crucial that you do as they tell you, even though the cheetah was in the enclosure – it was still a wild animal that can hurt you in seconds. The encounter lasts about 15 minutes, plenty of time to enjoy your visit and LEARN as much as you can about a cheetah. Definitely a memorable experience!
