This activity was one of the more expensive ones – but on our bucket list. We had to JUST DO IT! and it was worth it. We booked the Devil’s Pool two days beforehand. On the day, you meet at the boat launch point and pay in cash. You’re in a group of about seven people. We jumped on the speed boat and enjoyed an awesome five minute ride across the Victoria Falls. We arrived at the shore, changed into our swimwear and off we went…  into the VICTORIA FALLS. The water was freezing and you have to be a good swimmer as there’s a mild current. The guide takes you safely to the Devil’s Pool. The views were INCREDIBLE. There was the most spectacular rainbow up for the whole of our trip. Once you walk into the pool, you have to follow the instructions. It’s no joke, listen to the guide and stay safe. Everyone gets a couple of minutes on the edge of the pool and it’s FREAKY. Looking all the way down was unforgettable. After everyone had their turn, we went back to the shore and had a lovely lunch with our group. Then we went back to the boat and the trip was pretty much finished. One of the best memories we have!!
